Summary:This research entitled "Profile of the De La Salle University's Peer Facilitators Relationship Qualities" measures the Lasallian peer facilitators' relationship qualities, whether dominantly positive or negative, with the purpose of equipping them better to achieve their task of assisting other students of the University. This study, aside from its attempt to contribute to recent data on peer facilitators, also aims at describing the peer facilitators' relationship qualities including companionship, conflict, instrumental aid, antagonism, intimacy, nurturance, affection, admiration, relative power and reliable alliance. Moreover, it assesses the ten relationship qualities of the peer facilitators with their mothers, fathers, siblings, relatives, boy/girlfriends, same sex friends and one extra person. The results of the study would aid the Office of Counseling and Career Services to create programs for the Lasallain peer facilitators and enhance their skills.
