Inherent usability as well as perceived usability are specific dimensions that require attention in order to provide a holistic approach to evaluate its ease of use. Such being the case, an assessment of two Philippine government website is provided considering prior perception and actual user experience in accomplishing their needs as they navigate through the information system.
