Though Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has been integrated in education in many developing and developed countries, Libya is still far behind. After the February 17, 2011 revolution, people have just started to rebuild the country that includes major reconstruction of the countries education system. Unfortunately, the fighting and assassination continue in other places but war is not a hindrance to continue the goal of an institution in providing quality education for students. This paper investigates the readiness state towards E-learning of Teaching Staff, Administrative Staff, and Students of the Faculty of Nursing-Benghazi University. As E-learning becomes beneficial to learning institutions worldwide, an assessment of e-Learning readiness is useful for the successful implementation of e-learning as a platform for learning environments.
