Industrial plants, nowadays, have come to recognize the importance of environmental issues to business success. They now analyses the full set of pollution and natural issues implicated by their operations. The social issues and how they impact across the various business functions are also taken a look at. For many, it is not enough to have their operations lean but they have to be green as well. The paper also looks at metalworking fluids (MWFs) which are used to cool and lubricate the workpiece and tool, transports chips out of the cutting zone, and prevents corrosion. MWF Pollution Prevention through Process Modification and In-Process Recycling is suggested to mitigate the environmental hazards die to its use. 2015-01-01T08:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/faculty_research/12651 Faculty Research Work Animo Repository Metalworking industries Lean manufacturing Manufacturing processes Manufacturing
