A researcher-made survey questionnaire comprised of 30 tems was utilized to be able to gather relevant data. The author employed descriptive research design and utilized frequency, percentage, man, T-test, ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation in the statistical treatment of data. Age, birth order, number of children, children's age and profession are the variables employed in the study. In terms of the profile, most of the respondents are adults, first born, have two children and faculty members. Results revealed that the level of guilt of the respondents is high while the level of coping is moderate. The level of guilt and level coping of the respondents in terms of age, birth order, number of children and children's age do not differ significantly. Noteworthy finding however revealed that the level of guilt differ significantly in terms of profession. A moderate positive correlation was seen on the level of guilt and coping of the respondents.
