Continuous improvement and revision of school guidance and counseling services are needed to ensure that quality professional services can be maintained. Mental health issues, feelings of being alone, voluminous performance tasks, and unstable internet connection were the concerns of the students during the pandemic when this study was executed. The findings of this study were utilized as a basis to develop a program for the enhanced implementation of guidance services after the pandemic, where students are slowly going back to school with face-to-face instruction and learning. A descriptive survey research design was employed to present the results. The respondents were the grade school (intermediate level) and junior high school students enrolled in the school year 2021-2022, and complete enumeration and stratified sampling methods were used. The research instrument was a survey questionnaire developed and validated by guidance counselors was disseminated to all the respondents. Frequencies, percentages, and means were employed to answer the research questions. The respondents were completely satisfied with the Guidance and Counseling Services and Personnel. They appreciated the efforts extended to them and are expecting to maximize the number of students the guidance and counseling office can help.
