The warning messages were differentiated in 5 categories. The system in particular, was modelled with source encoding (Huffman), and Channel encoding (Hamming), and that the GSM technology was applied thereafter. The traffic warning system modelled was found to have an average compression ratio of 59.37%, and BER of 0.916%.
