A wireless blood sugar monitoring system using ion-sensitive field effect transistor

Ion sensitive Field Effect Transistor (ISFET) is popularly known for its numerous applications in the field of Biomedical Engineering. In this paper, we manually built a glucose sensor from ISFET. The Glucose sensor is then interfaced to a microcontroller to implement a glucometer. A Wifi module is...

A Wifi module is then embedded to the system to allow a doctor to wirelessly monitor the blood sugar level of his patients through the network. A user friendly GUI is also created for the convenience of the doctor in accessing patients' record. A database is also created for each patient to allow the doctor to keep the patients record individually. © 2016 IEEE. 2017-02-08T08:00:00Z text text/html https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/faculty_research/3392 info:doi/10.1109/TENCON.2016.7848317 https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/context/faculty_research/article/4394/type/native/viewcontent/TENCON.2016.7848317 Faculty Research Work Animo Repository Blood sugar monitoring Field-effect transistors Wireless communication systems in medical care Electrical and Computer Engineering
