Description
Summary:The Eye-C program was instituted to enable a collaborative IC design effort among different universities in the Philippines. This paper presents the impact of the program on the member universities' curriculum during and after its implementation. A post-implementation review by member universities is then presented to further highlight the Eye-C program as the first of a series of steps to enhance the potential of microelectronics in the Philippines. © 2013 IEEE.
