Description
Summary:This research discusses possibilities and applications of an AR finger tracking system that supports multiple devices. The study focuses mainly on a finger modeling approach for tracking the fingertip of a single finger. It briefly discusses our research methodology and the process of finger tracking from calibration, segmentation, and finger modeling. It concludes with performance results of the finger tracking approach and the recommendations for the future work in continuing this research. © 2015, Mechatronics and Machine Vision in Practice.
