Azimuthal symmetry folding in the terahertz radiation power of (100) p-InAs under 1 tesla magnetic field

Azimuthal angle dependence of the terahertz radiation of (100) p-type InAs under 1-T field is presented. Four-fold symmetry for p-polarized radiation emerged and the same is seen for the s-polarized radiation for the no-field case. © 2007 Optical Society of America.
