This study is about the utilization of an internet evaluation model called the web site quality evaluation method (QEM) which uses logic scoring preference (LSP) following the international standard ISO 9126 against a commercially customized e-commerce system and e-commerce system that was developed using open source technology. The aim of the study is to promote e-commerce by showing that developing a quality e-commerce system can be achieved using open source technology.
