System quality of E-Banking was rated effective in both the overall and per group analysis based on the 5 attributes namely: accuracy, reliability, timeliness, relevance, and ease of use through the use of mode and median. Banks may consider taking actions on minor problems such as system hang, system offline and slow response time. They may upgrade the system and place more ATMs in remote places to provide world-class service.
