The objective of the study is to be able to reduce the use of energy of fast food restaurants and lower its operating costs. Through the development of a green building renovation standard for Dunkin Donuts Philippines, a substantial model will present that the amount of reduction of the company's annual energy use and annual energy cost is inversely proportional to monetary savings and is beneficial for the company. The ultimate goal of the research is to serve as a scalable model to promote sustainable investing in the renovation of fast food restaurants in the Philippines. |
