Almost two years into the COVID-19 pandemic, companies were forced to find new ways to conduct their business activities while the economy fights for healing. This study explores the role of intrapreneurship (innovation, risk propensity, competitive energy, proactivity, and autonomy) as an antecedent to achieving company performance in terms of return on sales, return on assets, productivity, and growth and improvement. The concept of intrapreneurship can also be reassessed in today’s tough environment where firms have minimal contact and are constrained to doing business operations from home. Thus, this study investigates whether there is a significant difference in the intrapreneurial activities of selected SMEs before and during the pandemic. The data was gathered from 51 SMEs, and the statistical data was analyzed using linear regression and paired sample t-test. The results show that in the selected companies, intrapreneurship has no impact on ROS and ROA. However, it was found that intrapreneurship has an impact on productivity, and growth and improvement. It was also concluded that there is a significant difference between all the dimensions of intrapreneurship except for competitive energy, before and during the pandemic. 2021-11-01T07:00:00Z text https://animorepository.dlsu.edu.ph/faculty_research/9182 Faculty Research Work Animo Repository Entrepreneurship—Technological innovations COVID-19 Pandemic, 2020- —Influence Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations
