This paper explains on the need to re-align and re-develop a Lasallian Leadership Program for the graduate student leaders of the De La Salle University in Manila. It desires to make sure that the graduate student leaders are guided in performing their roles and responsibilities and implementation of programs according to the Lasallian frameworks such as Lasallian Formation and Action (LFA) and Lasallian Reflection Framework (LRF); and the Lasallian Core Values of Fait, Zeal for Service and Communion in Mission.It also explains how the graduate students council being assisted in planning their programs for their respective colleges in accordance to the vision and mission of the university.
