Given this and the limited local studies on wellbeing and volunteering during the pandemic. This study wanted to find out the well-being of counselors and their involvement in the different types and mode of volunteer activities during the pandemic. It used the PERMA model in exploring the well-being of Counselors. The results of this study suggest that the well-being of counselors is moderate overall and across the PERMA components. The results also shows that counselors who volunteered in activities both related and not related to counseling profession has higher engagement, sense of meaning and accomplishment than those who do volunteer activities not related to the counseling profession. Furthermore, the mode of volunteering has no effect on counselors’ well-being.
