This is realized through Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs). BECs encourage lay participation in the life and mission of the Church, particularly in the parishes. BECs have brought a new dimension to the ministry of the Church. They have become a good platform to carry out new ministries. This article presents the teachings of the Asian bishops and the AsIPA in their final statements. |
