Summary:This thesis presented a classified annotated bibliography of all the theses submitted to the Behavioral Sciences Department of De La Salle University from the years 1975 to 1983. The results of the classified annotated bibliography were the synthesized by the researchers. A status report in terms of research trends and research gaps in the problem areas investigated by the theses and in terms of research trends in the methods of research commonly utilized and corresponding related findings was subsequently presented. The status reports indicate that the most studied areas during the past decade were topics under Social Psychology, Social Processes and Social Issues, Industrial Psychology, Educational Psychology, Personality and Developmental Psychology. Research gaps were also identified in these categories, as well as in the areas of research that fall under parapsychology, psychometrics, rural sociology, physiological psychology, Physical and Psychological Disorders, Treatment and Prevention, Culture and Prevention, culture and ethology, sociology of the arts, and other aspects of sociology. In terms of method of research used, the most commonly used method was the survey, followed by the experimental and naturalistic methods, respectively.
