| Summary: | This practicum study aims to eliminate the rework rate in producing all the
products in Apt Vet Link, Inc. Silang, Cavite specifically the LC Vit. 120ml. The
entire production has been observed from compounding to packaging. This study
should be able to eliminate the rework rate by strictly implementing the
instruction by giving sanctions, daily monitoring and standardization of the
adjustment of filling machine, procurement of the defective parts of labeling
machine and implementation of 5S. The researcher gathered data, conducted
interviews, and observed the entire production for the knowledge that completes
this research. |
