Summary:The study was focused on the survey and classification of bats that could be found in Barangay Baterya, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija. The study was limited on the taxonomic account of Chiropterans up to the species level. Four sampling sites were prepared each with four mist nets for gathering the bats. The collected bats were photographed, measured and identified based on dichotomous key and taxonomic books. The total number of bats gathered was 11 and all of them belong to the species Scotophilus kuhlii from the family Vespertilionidae.
