| Summary: | Online Billing and Reservation has an important role to the growth of the
Private-E Resort. The research’s main aim is the creation of a more efficient and a
more effective way of doing transactions for the company through the automation of
Private-E Resort’s traditional system. In order for the automation to be possible, a
creation of a new website of the resort took place. The new website includes online
reservation and billing of both walk-in and online customers. Following that process is
the purchasing of a hosting site online to be more accessible to the online customers.
Results showed support for the hypothesis that the automatized system of the
Private-E Resort helps in easing the customer needs thus making the company more
productive. Online Billing and Reservation indeed became easy for the customers in
doing all transactions. |
