| Summary: | Villa Buenaflor Resort located at Barangay Calibuyo, Tanza, Cavite was founded by Fidela Buenaflor Fojas and developed by Enry Fojas. It was developed into a resort in 1997. The five-hectare resort is perfect for all occasions such as business seminars, conferences, receptions, and they have different function rooms that fit to those events.
In spite of the resort’s success, they still encounter problems and difficulty in managing their records because billing reports is done manually. The proposed system would be very helpful to the company on managing their information and transactions such as monitoring the availability of rooms, availability of date and time, number of guests, reservation of facilities by the customers, issuing of the official receipt and generating summary reports will be faster and easier. They will also have a website that will surely aid in the promotion of their resort; hence, they attract and gain more customers.
