Star Cove Resort Hotel is located in Balayan, Batangas at Barrio Baclaran. The resort is a one-hectare beachfront establishment, situated in a cove at Balayan Bay. The resort provided a soothing respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beauty and charm of Star Cove lie in its being private, idyllic and serene, unlike other public resorts that offer little or no privacy at all. It is also multi-functional and can serve various functions that can cater to customer's different needs. It can be a venue for company team-buildings, school retreats and recollections, family outings, and wedding receptions. Star Cove Resort Hotel unfortunately is using a manual transaction since 2004. The purpose of the study is to develop an online billing and reservation system for Star Cove Resort Hotel. The proponents study their existing system to identify problems they encountered using their system. The system was proposed to remove data redundancies, to increase their profit and to improve their services. The proponents used Data Flow Diagrams to analyze the existing system and to create a proposed system as well. The proponents used ASP .Net C#, MySQL database, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Photoshop in developing the proposed system.
