The Web-Based Information System for the Recognized Student Organizations (RSO) of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas is designed to automate all the transactions of the RSOs. Major processes include the accreditation and re-accreditation of the organizations which include passing of all the requirements online (i.e list of official members, roster of officers, plan of activities, adviser’s information sheet, constitution and by-laws ,etc.), processing the project proposals with date, time, venue and equipment reservation, maintaining profiles of all the users who are the student officers, advisers or trainors, department chairs, Council of Student Organizations and Student Development Activities Office director. Events, news and latest updates from organizations and officers are available in the website. The main objective of the proponents is to promote transparency of the different student groups with all the students in the university while making it easier, faster and more efficient for the student groups to process all the transactions.
