The purpose of this study is to create an Online Reservation and Billing Sys-tem for Batis ng Makiling Resort. It is an online system created using VB.NET pro-gramming language with SQL Server Management Studio 2008 for the database of records. Based on the proponents’ research, the resort uses a manual system for the reservation and billing of the customer which is very time-consuming and may be unreliable because 3 persons handle the logbook. It is proposed to create a system that will make billing and reservation a lot more convenient for customers. The sys-tem includes user accounts for the administrator and employees in order to secure and limit the information manipulated. It also includes viewing and filtering of avail-able amenity and dates which make it easier for the customer if they wish to make a reservation. More importantly, the administrator accounts can monitor the availabil-ity of the resort and can maintain the records better than the existing system. The proponents learned that managing a business is very difficult. They also learned that in reality, competition is stiff among different types of businesses. In or-der to succeed, one has to capture the interest of people and give them convenience through the services provided. It is learned that noting is easy but with hard work and patience, anyone can succeed and achieve their goals.
