The Proposed System entitled “Online Job Application System for SM Prime Holdings, Inc.” improves the existing system of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. by developing a system that is beneficial both to the Human Resource Officer, Human Resource Manager, employees and applicants. The proposed system covers an online job application for applicants to apply online at SM Prime Holdings, Inc. The online job application provides information about the job description for each available job. Administrator page is created and is accessible only to the authorized personnel of the company. The system provides the employees an online access of their own account at SM Prime Holdings, Inc. and allows the employees to view their information from time to time. It also includes Reports Generation of applicants and employees of SM Prime Holdings, Inc. that allows the HR Manager to review the data produced in the reports generated. The proposed system data are all accessible to every interface and was designed as web based to be available for every application.
