Project Jabez Campsite is located at Km. 36 Governor’s Drive, Brgy. Sampaloc IV, Dasmariñas, Cavite. It provides facilities and services to churches, groups, schools and organizations for their seminars, conferences, retreats, weddings and other special activities and events. To present day, all reservations, billing and processing of payments of Project Jabez Campsite are handled manually. The main goal of this study is to improve Project Jabez Campsite’s business functions through the use of computerized information systems. The innovation in information technology and Internet led to a significant shift on marketing and business models nowadays. In order to enhance the Jabez Campsite’s competitiveness one of the greatest strategies is to focus on technological innovation. The proponents of this thesis identified the problems encountered by the existing system and formulate the appropriate solutions. Moreover, in understanding the information requirements of users, the proponents conceptualized how data move through the organization, the process or transformation that data undergo, and what the outputs are. Through the development of an Online Reservation and Billing System, the researchers seek to eliminate the campsite’s problem with its existing system. In developing the proposed system for the Project Jabez Campsite, the researchers made use of V-model as one of the methods in their study. Moreover, they also aim to support Jabez Campsite in expanding their online popularity to capture a significant market share by developing a dynamic website that caters to the facilities and services it offers.
