The proposed Online Billing and Reservation System for Medina’s Garden Villa Resort and Restaurant will be developed using PHP and MySQL. The proposed system is a web-based system that is capable of handling all the reservation and transaction of Medina’s Garden Villa Resort and Restaurant. The proposed system is able to provide the list of accommodation of the resort and make an online reservation and transaction. The system also guarantees the safe-keeping and protection of the user accounts and passwords. The system can also be used for walk-in reservations and billing. The generation of reports is also shouldered in the system. The maintenance and the update of the accommodations and reservation status are provided by the system. The system has simple and user-friendly interface for easy navigation of forms and controls. The proposed system is the advanced and enhanced manual system of Medina’s Garden Villa Resort and Restaurant. It provides proper solutions to the problems encountered in the existing system. The proposed system desires to improve customer and reservation services, provide fast and accurate transactions and aims to develop better communications between business partners and or customers
