Summary:Through this paper, our team has analyzed the situation in Singapore to find that there exists a poor work life balance. Evidences that led us to this conclusion include happiness studies and social effects such as problems with fertility rates among younger women. Through the use of various papers and studies of other researchers, our team has drawn our some reasons which we believe are causes to this poor work life balance. Thereafter, we recommended policies that would aid in Singapore's attempt to achieve a balanced work life, so that its workforce will be a happy and sustainable one
