In order to address this gap in literature, a study was carried out amongst the foreign patients who patronised six hospitals from both private and public sectors in Singapore. Using a quantitative questionnaire as the research instrument and factor analysis, the resulting six categories of factors shed light on the selection criterion of foreign patients when they choose a healthcare provider from Singapore. |
