Due to rapid globalization, the number of expatriates is expected to grow significantly. This study investigate how social network composition and self-efficacy of expatriates can mediate the effects of CCT on expatriate adjustment and performance.The research is a field study among four non-Asian expatriate nationalities: US, UK, Germany, and Netherlands. The countries are chosen based on their FDI & presence in Singapore. Extensive surveys were conducted on the expatriates, including short questionnaires with their respective supervisors and colleagues. Questionnaires were developed based on extensive literature reviews & validated research instruments. The data were collected through personal administration. The survey data was analyzed using SPSS. Appropriate statistical analyses were used to test of the hypotheses.
