With greater emphasis on the education level when employing new talents, more students face the difficult task to choose their major and career. Some students may feel that their personal factors are more important than extrinsic factors. However, some can only feel that need to be realistic in their choice of major and career so as to get the most in return. This study hopes to assist students to understand the various factors that students in Nanyang Technological University considers when deciding on their choice of major and career. Ultimately, students can make decision that will lead to their desired outcome in lives.
