Summary:This study serves to evaluate whether expatriates in Singapore could be grouped into meaningful clusters that display identical characteristics within each cluster. A survey research was conducted using clustering techniques in order to segment the respondents and to examine their values and lifestyles. The data collected was analyzed using statistical tests such as categorical data analysis (cross-tabulations), cluster analysis and non-parametric tests such as Kruskal-Wallis test.
