In particular, much work has been centred around the development of models that predict the control methods to be used in light of the prevailing circumstances. The primary objectives of this study are to determine the circumstances under which respective controls are applied in IS departments as well as to discover if the controls actually used in organisations are producing satisfactory outcomes.
