Summary:The study was conducted with the objective of empowering Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) through participatory videos that would be streamed in OFW-TV, the first-ever Filipino web-based community television. The descriptive method of research was utilized and the normative survey technique was used together with in-depth interviews with key informants for gathering data. These are both qualitative and quantitative methods. A questionnaire for the survey and a question guide for the in-depth interviews served as instruments for collecting data.
