This report provides an in-depth analysis on CDL Hospitality Trusts (CDLHT), the first and only hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) listed in Singapore. An unbiased view on CDLHT will be presented by gathering insights from all relevant parties’ analyses. The methodology employed in this research paper will be a combination of interviews and secondary research. The report will look into the detailed structure of CDLHT and the relationship between the entities. Next, the attractiveness and risks of CDLHT as an investment tool and a financing instrument will be discussed. The report will also examine the current trends in the industry concerning CDLHT and provide recommendations.
