Description
Summary:Our research studies various international e-commerce intermediaries such as Amazon.com and Ebay. By categorising the various characteristics of these companies into clearly defined business processes, we were able to formulate a matrix. Using this matrix, we were then able to compare and analyse Singapore e-commerce companies. Our findings conclude that Singapore e-commerce companies exhibit characteristics of market makers and seller/buyer agents, but lack the other features such as those found in fulfilment specialist.
