Influence of ethnic culture on entrepreneurial spirit in Singapore.
This study sets out to examine the influence of ethnic culture on entrepreneurial spirit among the 3 major racial groups in Singapore. Contrary to popular belief, the Chinese are found to be the least entrepreneurial.
