Numerical developments in solving bending and vibration of shear deformable plates
This work focuses on a numerical development of the differential quadrature method (DQM) for solving the bending and vibration of moderately thick plates with geometric complexity and various discontinuities, described by the Reissner/Mindlin first-order shear deformation theory.
