Summary:In this project, an integrated approach is applied to the setting up of a manufacturing process for a new product by a small-medium-enterprise (SME). The integrated approach has evolved as an efficient way to maintain focus on three-dimensional goal on budget, schedule and specification requirement. A company will cross-functionally develop and execute a business strategy. It is the optimum approach to the attainment of a competitive advantage in the marketplace. The organizational integration focuses four board areas: contingency models of integration, interdependency of sub-units in organizations, inter-firm and inter-industry connections and technological innovation occasions structuring with different outcomes. There are two categories in organizational integration: market-directed and value-added-directed models.
