Description
Summary:With the advancements in technology, corporations have tapping on data analytics resources to improve their business model. Especially so in the business sector, the usage of data analytics helps organizations to reduce costs, gathering new leads and most importantly, gaining competitive advantage over other competitors in their own fields by understanding the customer’s behavior. In the financial sector, several banks have developed their own mobile application to bring convenience to consumers as banking functions can be accessed through the application. Hence, it’s important to constantly upgrade the functions and features of the application, in line with the consumers’ needs. WeBank, the first digital bank founded by Tencent have introduced the notion of calculating the user experience index with respect to mobile banking applications. This index is known as the WeUserExperience (WeUX) score. This project will be focused on developing a customized survey platform for WeBank, known as the WeUX survey evaluation system. This system will allow potential surveyors, such as banks, to share the survey with respondents through a unique link that is generated by the system. Potential respondents can participate in the survey and the system will record the responses and views related to the user’s experience related to the respective mobile banking applications. The evaluation system will represent the analyzed results using various data visualization methods, which provides an outlook of the WeUX score.
