Faculty staff will be appointed as supervisors to in-charge of a certain project or as an examiner to conduct an assessment of student’s work. FYP examiners will be allocated by the FYP Examiner Allocation System (FEAS). The FEAS was developed in 2007 to help to ease the workload of FYP coordinator in allocating examiners, timeslot and examination room every semester. As technology advances, the old FEAS became incompatible. Hence, a new FEAS was development in 2016 and since there are still more improvements to be made to the system, the purpose of FYP Examiner Allocation System Improvement – Part 2 is to improve and maintain the current system in order to enhance user experience. With the assistant of FEAS, the amount of workload to be done by the FYP coordinator in allocating FYP examiners, timeslot and examination room tremendously reduced. |
