With recycling being one of the key indicators and a growing trend in the use of mobile applications in our daily lives, the purpose of this project is to improve the convenience of recycling to Singapore residents. GO:eARth is a mobile application designed and developed for the residents of Singapore. GO:eARth has three main features, an image recognition scanner, an interactive mobile game and a navigation system. This project focuses on the user interface of the mobile device, the image recognition scanner and the navigation system. GO:eARth is designed and developed for devices running both the IOS platform and the Android OS platform. GO:eARth is developed using the Visual Studio Code running on the programming language, JavaScript. Firebase is used to build the database of GO:eARth and Clarifai is used to train data for the recognition of different recyclable items.
