Summary:In a fast-paced society, we are encouraged to spend our time wisely to maximise our productivity level. Sleep becomes compromised. This innate desire to sleep is suppressed as the growing responsibilities threatened to overwhelm. Sleep deprivation becomes a common sleep problem in most Singaporeans. Yet, sleep is so beneficial to our wellbeing. It aids in our clarity of mind for strong work performance and crucial to our health development. This project explores the necessity of sleep and the repercussions of neglecting sleep in our lives. By thinking how sleep can be made accessible, this project hopes to reintroduce the value of sleep.
