Summary:Microgrid communication is an essential part of a microgrid. It enables all the components within the microgrid to transmit data to each other in real time. It is critical that the microgrid is able to function with minimal delay as it might have adverse effects on the system. In this project, a microgrid communication will be setup and various ways of minimizing the impact of delay will be examined, such as through the use of different controller design and communication setup. Possible security vulnerabilities will also be examined through penetration testing.
