Description
Summary:E-learning has become popular over the years in many areas, especially for education. The Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the software applications for e-learning used in Singapore education institutions. In Nanyang Technological University (NTU), undergraduates use Blackboard as an e-learning learning platform. Most of the modules taught in the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) are transiting into online learning. The sorting algorithm is one of the core modules registered as part of the school of the EEE curriculum. This project is dedicated to developing interactive learning courseware for sorting algorithms using an existing open-source platform. Moodle is chosen as the LMS used for this project because of the features Moodle provides and its popularity. This project serves to develop features to support full learning, supplementary learning, and on-demand consultation using the courseware. Besides, this courseware aims to enhance traditional materials by including animations and interactive features.
