Description
Summary:The aim of this project is to come up with a sound tracking system using two software applications and three hardware components. The method used for this project was integrating the development board (NUCLEO-F401RE), expansion board (X-NUCLEO-CCA02M1) and daughter board (STEVAL-MIC001V1), and obtain the results from matrix laboratory (MATLAB) program where it computes the sound input from Audacity. The experiments led to a result showing that Microelectro-mechanical Systems (MEMS) microphones produce better results when they are spaced 5cm apart. The assumption from the experiment shows that it produces better results when it is spaced further apart than the original distance. In conclusion, the objective of this project was met as the experiment in creating better results was achieved.
