Enterprise software like Salesforce has allowed salespeople (managers and associates alike) to manage and run their sales in a more organised and structured manner. FundMyLife is a project done in collaboration with Dollars and Sense Pte Ltd. It is a (SaaS) financial Q&A portal with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application enabled to help match Millennials with financial questions to experts who are best able to answer their questions online, easing the process of learning more about finance without the inconvenience and unfortunate high pressure sales tactics that come with meeting client-facing people from the financial industry. As my FYP project, I inherited the logo from the original founders of FundMyLife and it was the starting point for the creative process for the rebranding and re-development of the website from scratch. I created the information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity prototypes and performed user studies and surveys in order to create a product that our target audience would want to use. My final deliverables were a mobile responsive website and a design system.
