Summary:People nowadays are pursuing efficiency, traditional FAQ (Frequently Asked Question) websites and customer service are always restricted by the service time and the service quality of the staff. Therefore, the demand for FAQ AI Chatbot is rising in these few years and becomes a new favourite tool for both enterprises and customers. It cannot be a substitute so far as human language is too complicated, but it is a significant assistant especially in answering routine questions. The Chatbot developed in this project is specifically for the candidates who are interested to apply for NTU part-time undergraduate programmes, it can answer the frequency asked questions (FAQs) immediately, it will save manpower and increase efficiency. Furthermore, the Chatbot has the function of administration which can help administrators to monitor the data of questions asked and modify the database of questions and answers.
